- When you need to apply glue in small areas like dowel holes, biscuit slots, model builds, arts and crafts or anywhere that is hard to reach, we typically will improvise and grab a cotton swab or even worse yet, we use our finger tip. While there are other glue applicators available, none of them work quite like or nearly as well for small glue ups like the Sili Glue Sticks. This pack includes 2 Sili Glue Sticks.
- The Sili Glue Sticks are made with dual profile tips on each brush. The flexible, silicone rubber tapered or dowel tip end is perfect for applying glue into small holes. This tip is not only tapered for easily fitting into the hole, but it is ribbed so the glue doesn’t drip off so easily. This makes is perfect for applying your glue exactly where you want it to go.
- The opposite end is a flat, chisel style end that is also made from silicone rubber and is flexible enough to help apply glue with just the right amount of touch and finesse when needed. This end works great for slightly larger areas and is especially useful for working glue into wood biscuit slots for wood biscuit joinery.
- Each Sili Stick has an ergonomically designed handle that fits comfortably into your hand. Imagine holding a standard No. 2 pencil. That’s pretty much how the Sili Stick feels in your hand. This gives you complete control over how and where you apply your glue. This makes it perfect for all kinds of projects in all types of hobby, woodworking and arts and crafts categories.
- As with all of our Sili products, the Sili Sticks are made out of silicone rubber. This makes the Sili Sticks very easy to clean and get ready for your next project. The Sili Sticks can be cleaned in two basic ways: 1. Run the brush tips under warm water and work the excess glue off until its clean. 2. Let the glue dry. Crack the glue by bending the tip and peel the glue right off! Either way works and either way gets you ready for your next glue up!
