This is a UNIVERSAL REPLACEMENT PERGOLA CANOPY. Shade Dimensions: 205" L x 81" W Replacement canopy ONLY. String ties located at corners. Metal structure NOT included. Fabric: UV treated, water-resistant, CPAI-84 fire retardant. Our designer pattern canopies will have the design and color coating on the top outer surface only. The underside has resistant coating only and will be a lower color intensity.
